Are you a qualified PCC but not Certified?

certification process coaching practice icf credentials pcc certification personal growth

  • Have you been coaching for some years now and have well over 500 hours of client coaching hours?
  • Did you originally go through an entire ACTP program (now called Level 1 and Level 2) of at least 125 hours?
  • Are you sick of having to go through the hassle of receiving 10 hours of Mentor Coaching every 3 years just to renew your ACC?

If you said yes to all three of these, it is time for you to consider getting your Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

After all, for the most part, you've already put in the hard and have already earned it. All that's left is the final step, to make sure you are coaching at the PCC level, turn in 2 recordings for assessment, and apply.

So many coaches get that first level of certification and then stop, and I am on a mission to change that.

You see, the International Coach Federation (ICF) ACC certification wasn't designed to be an endpoint, but just the beginning of your journey as a certified coach. It is the entry point to being a Certified ICF Coach and that is exactly what it is meant to be. The PCC credential represents a higher level of knowledge and practical experience in the coaching industry. It shows your commitment to continuously sharpening your abilities and develop new insights, as well as your dedication to coaching to the most current industry standards.

That is why the ICF put the extra hoop of having to get Mentor Coaching every 3 years as a renewal requirement.

Here is my proposal to you. Instead of spending your money on ACC-level mentor coaching to renew your ACC, work with me in my Elevate to PCC Mentor Coaching Group to achieve the Professional Coaches Certification and let that be the last bit of Mentor Coaching you will ever need; or at least until you have the 2500 client coaching hours, and you are ready to get your MCC.

This mentor coaching group is so comprehensive, so completely full of exactly what you need to know and do for you to get your PCC, all it is missing is you.

Here's what you can expect from the Elevate PCC Mentor Coaching Group:

  • Weekly meetings from January through March
  • Expert guidance and support from a seasoned coach
  • Practical application of coaching techniques and methodologies
  • Peer learning and collaboration with other passionate coaches

Here are the details:

  • The next session starts Wednesday, January 10th at 11 a.m. eastern.
  • We meet weekly from January through March
  • The full program is $2400.00 and includes 3 one on one sessions with me. If you don’t need or what those 3 sessions, you can just do the group for $1900.00. Either way, I have set up several options and payment plans set up to make it affordable for everyone.
  • If you do want some additional coaching, you can add 3 one-on-one sessions with me if you like.

Just check out the registration page here for all the details. (Follow the link for current dates)

Most importantly, don’t let another 3 years go by without stepping up your coaching and your certification. Join the Elevate to PCC Mentor Coaching Group and open new opportunities for personal and professional coaching growth. You deserve it and so do your clients.
