Group 1 - Rise
ACC Renewal
Mentor Coaching Group
This 8-week program offers 7 hours of group mentor coaching. The ICF accepts only 7 hours of group coaching and the rest must be one-on-one. Attend at least 7 of the 8 sessions for renewal. You can use the group one of two ways, but you can only choose 1 as the hours will not count for both. Decide from either group sessions or one-on-one sessions.
Group 2 - Elevate
From ACC to PCC
Mentor Coaching Group
This 12-session group is designed for those ready to elevate their coaching skills from ACC to PCC level. Whether you already hold an ACC or are aiming for PCC, this group is tailored to your growth. The program emphasizes the importance of continuous development, urging participants to transition to the next skill level after three years of ACC certification.
Group 3 - Soar
Becoming a Master
Mentor Coaching Group
This 15-session group is designed exclusively for coaches ready to advance from PCC to MCC level through personal development and enhanced coaching skills. Moving from Conscious Competence to Unconscious Competence marks a significant breakthrough in a coach's career, requiring courage, awareness, and a strong desire for growth to profoundly impact clients. Join a community of highly skilled coaches dedicated to achieving mastery in their craft.
