What is Mentor Coaching?

Mentor Coaching and Supervision are some of my favorite ways to spend time in my business, and some of the most meaningful. Since 2001, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of coaches, helping them strengthen their skills, deepen their presence, and grow into confident, effective practitioners. Whether you're working toward your next ICF credential, navigating a tricky coaching moment, or seeking insight into how you show up in your practice and your life, Mentor Coaching and Supervision offer a path forward, with heart, intention, and skill.

I offer two distinct, but equally valuable, types of Mentor Coaching:

1. ICF Professional Mentor Coaching

This is the skills-based mentor coaching required for ICF certification or renewal at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level. It’s also often required by accredited coach training programs. This process is designed to sharpen your coaching competencies and ensure you meet (and exceed) the ICF’s rigorous standards.

Following the ICF definition, this mentor coaching includes:

  • Individual feedback on recorded coaching sessions

  • A collaborative and appreciative process grounded in the ICF Core Competencies

  • Developmental support to help you confidently meet credential-level expectations

  • Verification support provided directly to the ICF, ensuring your mentor coaching hours are accurately confirmed.

2. Mentor Coaching & Supervision for Growth

This is the deeper work, the kind of mentor coaching that lives at the intersection of skill, presence, and purpose. It’s not required by the ICF, but it is often the very thing that helps coaches break through to the next level of confidence, clarity, and client impact.

When I started coaching, I had a mentor coach for 5 years before I felt like I was able to stand on my own as a successful, powerful coach. I still hire mentors when I am moving forward to guide me and ensure my success.

In these sessions, we’ll explore your coaching mindset, your business vision, and the ways your personal growth is (or isn’t) aligned with the work you’re here to do. This is also where supervision can come in, reflecting not just on what you’re doing as a coach, but who you’re being.

This type of support helps you:

  • Build lasting confidence and resilience in your coaching

  • Unpack emotional, ethical, or energetic challenges with clients

  • Navigate imposter syndrome, pricing fears, or visibility blocks

  • Grow your business in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and true to you

All Individual coaching is done over the phone, or on Zoom or a combination, according to your preference.

Mentor Coaching Package

Currently: 1 Spot Available

This package is perfect for coaches seeking focused, high-impact support, whether you're preparing for ICF certification, sharpening your coaching skills, or simply wanting a dedicated space to grow with intention and expert guidance.

You'll receive 10 hours of one-on-one mentor coaching, fully tailored to your goals. Every session is a space for deep reflection, skill refinement, and personal alignment, whether you're seeking credentialing or expanding your coaching presence and confidence.

Investment Options:

  • One payment: $1,900

  • Two payments: $995 each

  • Three payments: $675 each

All sessions must be completed within 5 months from the date of your first session.

If you're using this package for ICF credentialing purposes (ACC, PCC, or MCC), we’ll center each session around the ICF Core Competencies and coaching skills, in alignment with ICF requirements.

Optional Session Reviews:

  • $225 per recorded coaching session
    Includes a full review and detailed written feedback based on the ICF markers and credential level you’re working toward.

This package gives you focused, structured, and compassionate support, so you can grow into the coach you know you're meant to be, with confidence and skill.

Ongoing Mentor Coaching & Supervision

Currently: 1 Spot Available

This is a powerful, ongoing mentorship designed to support you as you grow into the coach and the person you’re here to be. Whether your focus is ICF skill development for growth or certification, personal growth, business expansion, or client challenges, these sessions are customized to meet you where you are and stretch you into what’s next.

You can bring anything to these sessions:

  • Core Competency development for ACC, PCC, or MCC

  • Coaching Supervision to reflect on client dynamics and your presence as a coach

  • Business strategy, mindset shifts, or personal leadership

  • Confidence-building, boundaries, and sustainable success

This is a six-month minimum commitment. After that, we simply continue month-to-month at your chosen level for as long as the support feels meaningful and aligned for you. Many of my clients stay for years, not because they have to, but because the growth and clarity they gain in this space continue to fuel their confidence, skills, and impact.

  • (Optional) Recorded session review: $225 per session, includes full review and written or live feedback

You’re welcome to shift between the 2- and 3-session options—just let me know before the end of the current month, and we’ll adjust your plan.
