Becoming a Master (MCC)
Mentor Coaching Group

Registration for the March 2026 Group is open.

This group meets for 12 sessions over the course of 90 days, only once a year. It is exclusively for those ready to do the personal development and coaching skills work necessary to move from PCC to MCC.

This group is also for coaches who already have the required training. If you don't have the required training, please visit our CoachPath Academy Phase 3 program for more information:

Moving from Conscious Competence of the PCC to Unconscious Competence of Mastery and the MCC is the most profound work a Coach can do in their career. It requires courage, awareness, and a real desire to grow to have a profound impact on your clients.

When you are ready to make a quantum leap in your coaching, join this group of highly skilled coaches on their quest to Mastery.

Group Sessions include Peer Coaching, Feedback (I am an ICF assessor at all 3 levels, so I understand the skills required for MCC), Discussion, and Exploration of the ICF Core Competencies at the MCC level.

Optionally, you can add 3 one-on-one ICF Mentor Coaching hours with me to review your recordings in person. Individual sessions run concurrently with the group sessions and must be completed in the last week of the month after our group ends.

These individual coaching sessions are optional.

Recorded Session Reviews:

• $225.00 Per Recorded Session Review: I will review the sessions you will turn in for your credentialing requirements so you feel confident about them. This does not include an individual session with me. If you are ready to apply to ICF for your MCC, expect to need at least two reviews but plan for four or five.

*We spread the sessions out over 90 days to meet the ICF requirement of 90 days of Mentor Coaching for those who need it. 

All sessions are recorded and put into your student portal, so you can still access the content if you miss a session.

• $1400.00 – Group Program only 
• $225.00 – Per Recorded Session Review with written feedback. (does not include individual coaching time with me)
