What is this course about?
Hi, I'm Jille Bartolome, MCC and I'm so excited to invite you to join me for this FREE LIVE online course on ethics for ICF Professional Coaches. This course is something I've been wanting to offer for a long time because I believe that our commitment to ethics is the foundation of coaching excellence and professionalism. It is one of the things that makes our ICF certifications meaningful.
This course is for you if you are an ICF Professional Coach at any certification level: ACC, PCC or MCC and you need to get your 3 hours of CCE’s for your certification renewal. This is a way to do that for free and at the same time build community with other ICF coaches.
It's also for you if you are interested in learning more about the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies, and how to apply them to your coaching practice.
This course is delivered once a month for one hour, and each session covers a different topic related to the ICF Code of Ethics.Â
I will share with you best practices, case studies, and practical tools for ethical decision-making. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions, share your insights, and learn from other coaches.
What will you find valuable in this course:
There are many reasons why you should take this course, but here are some of the main ones:
- This course will guide you to enhance your professional competence and credibility as a coach.
- This course will guide you to avoid ethical dilemmas and conflicts that may arise in your coaching practice.
- This course will guide you to align your coaching practice with the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.
- This course will provide you with 1 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credit per attendance, which you can use for your ICF credential renewal requirement of completing 3 hours of ethics training every 3 years.
Who is your instructor?
I'm Jille Bartolome, MCC. Let me share with you a little bit about myself and why I'm qualified to teach this course. I'm a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and an expert in the application of the ICF Core Competencies. I am an assessor and have made Coach Education my primary focus in the coaching business for many, many years. In fact, I’ve been coaching for almost 30 years, and I've worked with individuals and groups of clients from sales, business ownership and high tech background from various industries, and cultures.
I'm passionate about the Ethics of Coaching and I've been teaching and mentoring coaches on this topic for many years. I've also faced my own ethical challenges and dilemmas as a coach, and I've learned a lot from them. I want to share with you my knowledge and experience, and help you navigate the ethical issues that may come up in your coaching practice.
I'm also a friendly, heartfelt, and helpful person who loves to share and learn with other coaches. I will make this course fun, informative, and relevant for you, and I will support you in your ethical journey as a coach.
