From The Heart

As we come to the end of this most crazy year, I wanted to share with you something I have learned that I found a bit surprising.

As you may remember, when the pandemic hit, I held a “town hall” style meeting for my tribe to discuss how to keep moving forward in a downturn and in the lockdown. As a group, we had many, many great ideas, and while it was a scary time, this meeting got me going and I hope it did the same for some of you as well.

I decided to take my Accelerated Launch Lab course off the shelf and launch it sooner rather than waiting until 2023. In April, I ran the first class with a wonderful group of Coaches. I ran it again in September and we just finished up this past week.

Not only was it a great way to keep moving forward, and to be sure that the members of the CoachPath Coach School were supported during this tumultuous time, but it taught me so much more than that.

You see, the course is 14 weeks long and with the bonus week it ends up being almost 100 days. We met at least 2 times a week and we had deep conversation about our passions, our purpose, our fears and our brilliance.

Spending time with these two amazing groups of coaches gave me so much energy, support and connection I didn’t even know I needed. Each time I was scheduled to lead these Coaches on the adventure of putting their own work into the world in the form of a course, I could barely wait. On more than one occasion, I accidentally started the zoom session an hour early just from the joy of anticipation.

I learned that I am no longer desirous or able to be in a silo working by myself without the support of a real connected group of amazing people consciously and intentionally moving forward TOGETHER. I am forever grateful to the participants of the Accelerated Course Launch Lab in 2020 because they have forever changed me for the better.

From this moment forward, I am going to connect with other coaches to a much higher degree as both a mentor and a peer. I am in search of people who want to do the same.

This is one of the main reasons I started the Core Mastery Membership (see below) and I am so excited to start off 2021 with such a huge, committed level of connection.

I will never, take you and your willingness to be connected with me for granted. Not that I ever did, but the feeling is just overwhelming and palatable to me now.

Core Conversations CCE Program

(CLOSED) I am so excited to announce that beginning January 14th, 2021, I will have a monthly discussion around the New Core Competencies. Each month we will look deeply at one of the 8 competencies or one of the new markers so that we can all grow and learn together.
