Do you have hope for your business?

Nietzsche once famously said, "Hope, in reality, is the worst of all evils because it prolongs the torments of man."

And while I can completely understand why this statement was met with much confusion, I also agree with it.

You see, when we allow hope to take over, our ability to act and move forward is compromised by a positive desire that we assume is controlled by forces outside of ourselves. When we stand in hope, we literally let go of our ability to choose the outcome and to be responsible for the circumstances in our own lives.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I am all about hope when it comes to things that are outside of our control. Hope is for all of the many things that are completely outside of our control. While it may sound a bit glib, I have often said, that hope is for Hurricanes.

So, if you find yourself hoping that your business does better next year, or that your coaching has an impact on the world, or that you make more than enough money coaching, STOP IT!!! There is no amount of hope that will make those things happen. You are only prolonging the suffering. Instead, be willing to do the work it takes to actually move your business forward. Continue the personal development pieces that you know you need to work on. Dig in deep to develop your professional coaching skills. That way you can let go of hope and be totally assured that you will have everything you want in your business and in your life.

ACC Renewal or Mentor Coaching Group 

Starts September 16th – November 11th just in time to get your renewal into the ICF by the end of the year or get the Mentor Coaching You need for your program completion. Don’t wait!!!

Renewal: This group meets once a week for 9 weeks and provides you with 7 hours of group mentor coaching. (The ICF will only accept 7 Group Coaching hours, the rest have to be one on one) You are welcome to attend all 9 sessions, but you must attend at least 7 to get the necessary hours you will need for renewal.

Mentor Coaching: This group provides 7 of the 10 hours you need for Mentor Coaching. The ICF Requires that 3 of your Mentor Coaching Sessions be one on one.

Group Sessions include peer coaching, feedback, discussion, and exploration of the ICF Core Competencies.
